From Pharmaceuticals to Hospitality Tech: Maxime’s Unique Journey
Maxime’s professional journey is as diverse as it is inspiring. After three years as an internal communication manager in the pharmaceutical industry in Toronto, Canada, he decided it was time for a bold transition. Moving into sales, Maxime relocated to Barcelona in early 2021, joining Amenitiz, an all-in-one solution for hoteliers. It was here that he met Franck Leprodhomme, now Su’s Global Head.
Over the next three years, Maxime honed his skills in sales management, including a stint in the Real Estate sector focusing on Big Data. When Franck reached out about the Su project, Maxime instantly recognized its potential. Without hesitation, he joined as a Senior Business Developer, aiming to take the lead of the sales team within six months.

For Maxime, Su stands out for its immense potential in the white-label hospitality tech sector. The flexibility of working remotely is another key perk, allowing him to adapt to the modern job market. However, what truly excites him is Su’s global reach. “Working with partners from around the world teaches me so much about cultural differences in business, which keeps me adaptable and engaged,” he says.
Maxime also appreciates Su’s business model, which he believes fosters a win-win dynamic with partners rather than a traditional seller-buyer relationship.

Maxime’s philosophy revolves around four pillars: family, friends, mental health, and physical health. He believes these elements are crucial for achieving any life goal, whether professional growth or personal fulfillment. “I strongly believe in Karma; it guides me toward my definition of success,” he shares.
Beyond Su: Maxime’s Passions and How They Shape His Work
Maxime has a deep love for survivalism, outdoor expeditions, and honing survival skills in challenging environments. These pursuits instill resilience, a quality he applies daily at work.
An avid sports enthusiast since childhood, Maxime has participated in football, trail running, hiking, climbing, skiing, and more. This competitive spirit translates into his professional life. “I don’t believe in just participating—I believe in winning,” he asserts.
And for a lighter side? Maxime is a self-proclaimed sunset enthusiast.
