How does Su differ from other channel managers?
Is there mapping required from a PMS to Su?
No mapping between a PMS and Su is required. Once a PMS is integrated with the Su channel manager, the PMS Property/Room/Rate ID is dynamically built into the Su platform that connects to all OTAs via the channel manager API.
What is the throttle limit of the API?
The throttle limit of our channel manager API is 5000 requests per day per property.
